Protocol to Ensure Language Rights

In 2016 more than 100 organisations representing more than 30 minoritized languages reached agreement on the Protocol to Ensure Language Rights, thus achieving the broadest consensus in the history of this field, both in Europe and in the Basque Country. Kontseilua is now working on the implementation of the measures included in the Protocol in town councils and municipalities.
