Towards cost-free Basque language learning

In 2017 and 2018 Kontseilua presented the documents Doakotasuneranzko bidean/ Towards cost-free Basque language and Doakotasuneranzko bidean Nafarroan/ Towards cost-free Basque language in Navarre in support of the cost-free learning of Basque. Over 90% of the social entities working in these fields pledged their support for these documents.
